Booked this place to have a convenient stay after attending a friend's wedding @ sum sum garden. (About 10minutes drive to sum sum garden) The place is pretty sufficient for any group. Owner whatsapped to detail the check in and check out processes, pretty swift and easy.

The beds are all too springy that they sink deep when a bigger person sleeps on it, the beds are not suitable for few nights' stay, one night stay will be value for money. One of my friends is rather big sized that he had to find another place to stay for the night. The master bedroom's bathroom's bathtub was partially clogged with other visitors' hair so I had to clean it in order to shower in peace.

Location. Easy access to food. The property is spacious and well maintained.

The bed was too soft and cleanliness can be improved. Bathroom water pressure was kinda low.
