I was not able to access the property , and as a female traveller on he own , i arrived at the property , no one was available and no one let me in , when I rang the number went to voicemail , I had to then find a premier inn which cost me almost £200 for the night , I drove from Manchester to Bedford for work and this was very unacceptable. When I finally spoke to the person in charge , they advised a refund then suggested that no one had heard me knock on the door , even though I took a pic with a time stamp , worst experience as a lone female traveller

"Stay felt like home away from home :)"

Niv was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel very welcome in her lovely house. The room was clean and well equipped with a big wardrobe, smart tv and a comfortable bed.
