It is a very nice accomodation with a lot of space, clean and all necessary things and a beautiful view from top of the roof. Thank you for the nice stay!

The property was clean, smelled lovely - even the towels smelled so good! It's a large property with a living / dining room, kitchen and full bathroom on the ground floor, a full bathroom and two large bedrooms on the first floor and a lovely roof terrace with chairs and facilities to hang your washing. The property was perfect for us. There are restaurants available only a short walk away. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you may need. The spare bedroom had a ceiling fan which was a welcome surprise! There is also a huge TV to watch Netflix on and the WiFi was great. Fabiola was a wonderful host and responded to messages very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to couples, families or a small group of friends.

Not much that we didn't like, but if I had to pick up on a couple of things it was that the sofas were a little bit uncomfortable to sit on, it's a shame there was no ceiling fan in the main bedroom or living room. Nothing to do with the property but there was a howling noise every evening, at first I thought it was a child but it may have been a dog.

This property is is situated in an excellent location. There is a lot to see around for a nature lover - the ocean with amazing sunsets every evening, the nature trails at el Golfo with the sun rising from the ashy moutains, the Green Lagoon etc. It was breathtaking. The property is very very clean, with a lot of space, comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cosy roof terrasse where one could have breakfast and watch the sunset in the evening listening to the calming Ocean waves at the same time. There are several amazing seafood restaurants just 1 min walk away. Fabiola was very kind and helpful. Everything and more what one could expect from a host. We will be going back next year for sure and I feel confident to recomment Fabiola's place to anyone.

The place was sparkling clean. Big rooms, comfy beds, hot water, everything you could need. The host was really friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. All the appliances were top notch, great fridge/freezer, big TV, all the things you would need to make your holiday perfect. I definitely recommend this property and will be back soon!

Everything was perfect

Highly recommended place. The house is big, spacious, beautifully arranged, roof terrace with a nice panorama. Well equipped and everything is new. The host is very communicative, very easy check in with lock box. Amazing places for hiking in the neighbouhood. See view from the terrace, from the main bedroom and even from the bathrooms. The house is very close to the sea and to the Green Lake. We had a wonderful time there, thank you Fabiola!

El Golfo is a very nice village with white houses without hotels, very good to take a rest with the "locals", good restaurants. Casa mar y lava is very nice, new and clean, excellent. Fabiola, our host was very kind and helpfull. Go there for some days and you won't regret!!

The accommodation is very spacious. Very clean with wonderful views from the roof terrace. The hosts left a lovely bottle of wine, chocs and cake and milk to welcome us. It was perfect
