Really excellent location and the flat was in beautiful condition. I was only staying two nights and was out a lot but this would have been a lovely place to spend proper time in. Unlike a lot of places in the centres of busy towns/cities, there was no noise from the street or even the nearby (and very popular) pub, so I think I actually got better sleep than I generally do at home. Communications with the owners were first rate and they were happy to accommodate the one request I had (to drop off bags ahead of the check-in time). I'll definitely be looking to stay here again the next time I'm in Cheltenham.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and you can’t watch normal tv channels.

The host had some snacks and Prosecco for us as a welcome gesture. Spacious flat and close to everything in the city center. Clean and cosy place.
We needed a little Nutribullert to make a breakfast smoothy every morning but we did not have it. Leaving the keys in the safety box when checking out was a struggle.
