Clean property

This was advertised as being suitable for 4 people however the living space only had 2 dining chairs and a sofa only big enough for 2 people. If staying for more than 1 night, It would of been hard to sit comfortably together downstairs.

Free parking and It was clean.

Given wrong code for lock box, outside lamp not working, given wrong password for WiFi, no hot water for shower, no coffee, no tea, beds very uncomfortable. Hardly slept as very loud noise each time heating would kick in. Sent messages to hosts that were not read or replied to until time to leave. No apologies from hosts.

No toilet paper on arrival after driving 2 hours I needed the toilet no tea coffee just a little added touches make a difference plus it was really really cold inside house turn radiator on still cold Plus I didn't get the code cone to check in I had to call to get the code off company I shouldn't be chasing to get into the property

Spent the week here with my spaniel and we both loved it. The host couldn't do enough for us. Looks exactly like the photos, is a semi detached house on the end. In a lovely quiet area. Met the young family two doors down who said to knock on if I needed anything, super sweet! Beyond excellent value for money, I've recommended it to all my travelling friends! I think whoever left the one star is being very unfair and doesn't realise how damaging that can be especially for a new listing, but I'm sure with lots more excellent reviews incoming they'll soon have a steady high score. Thanks again guys for everything!

Everything you need for a short stay or a longer break, when we arrived I rang the owner to ask for the up-to-date pin code for the lockbox to get in, seconds later that was sorted out. Very comfortable, with a bath which is a major bonus for me as I have a back injury. Found out too late for this trip that we should have had access to the garden, great for the dog, which will make this perfect for our needs in the future. However there's also some overgrown waste ground/ park area incredibly close to the house which is also the walk to the local shops .... we used this area to exercise our dog plenty of places for him to investigate!

The boiler noise when the hot tap is turned on is loud throughout the house and takes a while to dissipate, the owner is aware and sorting it out.
