La Terrazza Felice - in centro a Perugia

The stay in Perugia was amazing, also thanks to the stay at La Terazza Felice. Wonderful, clean place, great contact with the host and we had everything we needed there. But what impressed us the most it was the fantastic, huge terrace. The view from the terrace was stunning. Morning coffee on such a terrace or wine in the evening: priceless. Our only regret was that it wasn't warmer and we couldn't sleep on it, under the stars ;-).

The rooftop terrace was beautiful, huge and had an excellent view. The whole place was just really nice. It has many windows so it's bright and well ventilated. And the location is great; just a few minute's walk to the Fontana Maggiore and many historic sights.

We didn't find any kitchen towels.

Superb location in the old town. Very comfortable.

The air conditioning is from portable devices that are not very efficient.

Beautiful terrace, nice bedroom, small but well equipped kitchen, nice bath- and living room. Perfectly located in the old town.

Real air con only in living room. No mosquito net on windows - it’s getting pretty warm in the nights in summer time (July).

We really enjoyed the wonderful spacious terrace with view of the roofs of the old town. Very convenient location - quiet, but right in the center of the old town. The apartments are easily accessible from the car park - just a few minutes' walk.

The terrace was the absolute best!! A very nice view. So easy to access, the host was amazing and super helpful.

The apartment impressed us with its very central location and especially the huge terrace with a great view. It was a perfect place to enjoy the sun or have dinner. The check-in communication with the owner was very good.

The floor was a bit dirty and the bed covers were not properly cleaned. However, everything else was very clean.
