Not recommended when you need to stay for more than 1 day.

Not equipped with everything said in the advertisement. The washing machine is really old and does not work well, the coffee machine does not work so we had to buy instant coffee. You get a pair of towels and cannot be washed due to the problems with the machine. The place is good for 2 people, but for 3 does not work as the sofa is not comfortable at all because is an old one.

In general, the process to get the key is easy and convenient. Once the correct building is found and the code is correct, everything is easy, quick and fine (see negatives). Apart from that, we had a perfect stay and I definitely recommend to stay there. Terrace is good for storing boards and wetsuits, kitchen is well equipped and all the other rooms are all good.

Google maps said the adress should be maybe 50 m more down the street. Luckily i knew that area and from the pictures i could see that it must be the first house at the left side. Unfortunately the code i got did not open the key box. So I was a bit confused if I might be mistaken with the location of the house. I checked every house in the street, but only the first house had the key box wich mathes the description. Since it did not open I had to call the number i got via booking. Luckily I had that number und good that somebody answered the call even it was after midnight already. I was told that the code changes regularly. It would have been nice to get the valid code automatically on booking so that there is no need to investigate on arrival after midnight. Everthing else was perfect!! My advise for future: put one additional roll of toilet paper into bathroom.

Apartamento relativamente bem equipado para as necessidades da nossa estadia de 3 noites. Tem áreas suficientes e a sua localização é excelente. O estacionamento, no exterior, foi sempre fácil e relativamente perto da entrada. No geral, gostámos da experiência e iremos certamente repeti-la!

1 - Cilindro de aquecimento de águas sanitárias algo curto, ou seja, só tem capacidade para 2 banhos seguidos (como eramos 4, 2 pessoas tomaram sempre banho de água fria). 2 - Sofá cama sem lençóis, tivemos de adquirir lençóis novos. 3 - Como não existem janelas/portadas com sistema oscilo-batente (são deslizantes), não se pode arejar a casa quando se está ausente, logo, faz falta um sistema de AR Condicionado para a ajudar a desumidificar (zona próxima do mar e com muita humidade)

Appartamento stupendo in un contesto tranquillo a due passi dal mare. Pulito e perfetto in tutto!
