VNVNThe hotel was clean, fully equipped, and spacious with a great view of the ocean! The pools are really nice for lounging. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's located next to many restaurants and convenience stores which was a plus. There's a golf cart that takes you up and down to the entrance of the hotel which was accommodating because the walk if pretty far.
The communications at the front desk was a little bit frustrating. We entered the building and were told to go to the next building to check in.. after talking to (2) staffs they pointed to the building across from where we entered. We finally got into our rooms after 30 minutes. Then, we were told to only communicate thru this app/forum they provided. The following day, we were routed to 2 different buildings just to check out. It was a bit unorganized. There should be a designated building to check in or check out. Or at least, put it on the itinerary of which building is assigned when the rooms are booked. It got really confusing.
