All good for a privat property, nice house, very clean, etc.

I cannot really share the negative evaluations, maybe only the shower water could be a bit warmer

"Disappointing"

The host welcomed us even though we arrived late at night. There is a train station nearby.

The villa is large, but non-functional and poorly maintained. There are no basic amenities - hangers for jackets, space for clothes in the bedrooms, etc. There was a leak from one of the toilets and another problem in the bathroom, but the hosts did not fix them. On the last night we had no hot water due to an empty gas bottle. The location is close to a train station, but there are no shops or restaurants in the area.
