L'espace dans l'appartement et la situation dans le centre historique.
Mauvaise insonorisation de l'appartement, notamment dans la chambre. Nous avons été réveillés, à deux heures du matin par des discussions dans un appartement voisin. D'autre part, l'équipement ne correspondait pas au descriptif : lave linge ? ; sol en marbre ? En réalité simple carrelage.
