Our unit was very clean and quiet. There is covered, dedicated parking available. The pet accommodations worked very well (private space AND fenced pet relief area). All of the necessary amenities were provided. I would recommend and/or stay here again!

Maybe some complimentary coffee for that very first morning? And maybe more detailed information on running the fan/light units for those of us who are technologically impaired........ Ha!

Unit was very nice and comfortable, better than being in a small hotel room for sure. Would be good for an extend stay next time I’m in PHX

Unit(s) and property were decorated nicely. Quiet property. Nice to have kitchen facilities to use while staying.

Washer/Dryer not in unit (many in town like it do), Nest thermostat extremely hard to use and falling off wall, lightbulbs not working under microwave and ceiling fan, blinds in window in living room do not go all the way down and no pull string to fix the issue, front door lock does not work unless you do it twice each time entering, no one physically on location to replace or repair any issues, homeless always by cars digging through trash at all day and night hours, feels a bit unsafe at night by cars due to this issue, bed was uncomfortable with 3" memory foam pad as you sink too much into bed with too people and then we were too hot in it with blankets (although we switched to the pink extra blanket which worked better), the location was ok but would have rather been closer to 15th Street than Avenue, not sure if it is worth $148 per night compared to other stays in the area.

Super cute courtyard available with grills, fountain, firepit& LOTS of seating. There is also a gated pet relief area. Inside the studio was just as clean & well kept. Very thoughtful decor & clean. Each unit has its own keypad with deadbolt for security. Someone from the property management checked on the area daily, the grounds are gated, well kept & safe. Very good vibes here & super peaceful.

Absolutely nothing. This place is great, I would stay again.
