No inside parking even though there’s a garage Could not reach the property to arrange for check-in, and eventually was contacted an hour after checking was meant to be Address on booking.com is incorrect Includes barbecue as one of the facilities but it wasn’t connected to a gas bottle and looked like it had never been used
ZAMy guests arrived very tired driving through the night from North-West. To their shock Bookings.com made a double booking and their house wasn’t available but the host was incredible and accommodated them in another house.
ZAVery spacious and comfortable unit
I was very disappointed that our Host was not informed of our arrival by Booking.Com. It took us an hour after arrival to have the premises handed over to us. While the unit was clean, there was no linen on site and obviously the beds were not made up. In addition I was told that the unit had been double booked for the previous tenants. This is not acceptable. Booking.Com, please get your act together.
ZAThe facilities were modern and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. I loved that there was a front and back outside area attached to the house. Air conditioners were so welcome with the chilly air. The TV was very lovely too. The location is within walking distance so we did some lovely walks! We were able to take our dog as well which was the big seller for us!
The sliding door to the outside patio wasn't closing properly and kept coming off the rails. The front black steel gate to the entrance of the house where the garden is also didn't work. I think the lock was installed backwards because the gate is able to be pushed open but not locked?
SZGreat place to stay for family , complete with all facilities . We feel we at own home

It was freezing cold, with no additional blankets We could not get into our main bedroom as the door knob to the main bedroom was not working properly, and had to wait for an hour at 11 at night for assistance
