Clement House, York, Free EV and parking

The location is great - nice neighbourhood with a short walk into the centre. We had a short stay, so the off-street parking / EV charging so close to the town centre made the arrival super simple and meant that we could maximise our time enjoying York. The flat is ideal for a base to explore - all the modern comforts with delis 1 minute away to grab things for breakfast. Just wish we would have booked a longer trip! Thank you, Lucy - it really was a lovely stay!

What a lovely apartment. All the things you need and even as a family of 4, we were comfortable. All the mod cons and a lovely little snack selection on arrival. The shower room was compact but had everything you needed. It was wonderfully decorated and the toys in the drawers were a big hit with the kids. My only comment would be the soundproofing in the floor. We were able to hear everything from downstairs and vice versa, I'm sure they would have heard our tantruming 4 year old at 7am.

1a Clement House was gorgeous and loved our short stay there. Would definitely book again when in York. It exceeded expectations, from decor, appliances, space to location and how accessible to was to get to the city centre.

This property is in a great location just on the outskirt of the city. Very clean tastefully decorated, a nice place to stay, with most things close by.

The flat was spotless on arrival and the interior was fabulous, lots of nice little touches to make us feel welcome and we were sorry not to be staying longer. The flat was in a fantastic location, only a short walk into York centre and the city walls with great local eateries and bars too. Host had great communication letting us know when the apartment was ready for us. The parking spot was really useful.

Lovely Apartment, very modern but felt very homely, it was in a great location, only 10 minute walk into the centre of York, it was very comfortable and parking included which was a bonus.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment itself. We did have a small issue on the 1st night with the apartment below playing music very loud so unable to sleep but after going to speak with them and also contacting the owner, who replied very quickly, this was sorted out straight away which we appreciated.

Great location close to the city centre and easy walk to all the sights. Lovely flat, equipped with everything we needed. Well laid out for a comfortable stay. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable and the sofa bed was really easy to put up and away. Great to have parking included too.

Staff really friendly and welcoming really enjoyed the stay would definitely go again

Yes the apartment was brilliant , every thing we needed was there, nice touch with the milk and biscuits

Nothing it was perfect, we hope to return later on in the year ( can’t wait )
