Little Smoky Retreat , 3 Bedroom , Close to downtown Gatlinburg AND Pigeon Forge

Private and quiet area, spacious and plenty of room for my family, very clean facilities, the friendliness of staff every time I called with questions or concerns, good and convenient location, good value for your money.

Nothing. I loved everything about it!

Great central location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay from bedding, extra blankets, pillows and towels to kitchenware, large fridge/freezer and laundry. There was even a nice basket of snacks and coffee waiting for us. Beds and couches were very comfortable! We arrived 2 weeks after the beautiful colors dropped, however the scenery did not disappoint. Ample parking and ease of coming and going. The hosts were absolutely warm and accommodating. Walmart, grocery stores, pharmacy (Walgreens has a small grocery inside and is closer than running to Walmart), restaurants, shopping and great family fun (like Vegas for the kids, mini golf, go cart racing, and arcades line the main strip) is just a very short, scenic drive away.

The only negative was the cold. There is a basement/second living space downstairs that we did not rent. The draft that comes from the door in the hallway that leads to that space is extremely cold. The heater runs constantly to keep the space comfortable due to that draft. And when you shop for groceries, grab your staple seasonings and laundry necessities.

The house was very cozy and the location was nice overlooking the river.

I didn’t like the leaves gathered on the front porch.

This was the best stocked vacation rental I have ever been to. It had extra pillows and blankets in each room; there were two towels and a wash cloth for each person; there were extra trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher packets, and paper towels. There were plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. The staff was helpful and responsive with any questions or issues we had. She reached out to me by email, text and phone, to make sure everything was resolved. This was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

It was generally located in a good location to town. A holiday weekend makes the drive in a little long but overall it was a beautiful scenic drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The amenities were very nice.

I would just keep update maps and coupon books for those wanting to go into town. Maybe some bottled water in the refrigerator but other than that is was very nice. There were snacks and coffee packs for us.
