2025 Award Winner Liverpool Cherry House - 4 Bedrooms

Nice cozy place, friendly hosts, excellent location for KFC fans. Love it.

Easy to get to town centre and other attractions by car. Having a large fridge freezer, microwave, and washer dryer good for our 4 night stay very helpful with 3 kids. Bath towels were provided, so we didn't need to bring ours. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean and simply furnished. Having 4 bedrooms was great, which enabled us to spread out and have our own space when needed.

Instructions for utilising the washing machine, TV, and refuse collection would be useful.. Downstairs shower unusable due to not emptying so flooding. Had to flush the toilet multiple times to encourage water flow. Reported to owner who responded promptly with offer of a plumber, but we decided just to use shower upstairs. Having a small brush and pan would have helped as only a hover, which was located upstairs, was available, and a bit of a chore. Description of property slightly misleading as dining table and 2 seater room was colocated in a small room and we were on top of each other. The outside space was tiny, so the kids didn't go out there as there was no space out there to play.

The house was so spacious, lovely high ceilings, so quiet. Close to shops and so convenient for Liverpool centre and the docks which is why we visited.

The bed is clean and comfortable, the kitchen facilities are complete, the tableware is beautiful and complete, the parking is convenient, and the community is quiet. The landlord replies very timely, and I will book again.

Very clean , nice touches of toiletries, tea coffee etc . Comfy beds and Julian was very nice.. Taxi ride to middle of Liverpool,. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom off the living room , excellent for anyone who struggles with the steep stairs .

Noisy road at weekends , people coming home early hours of a morning. Back bedroom overlooking the yard was next door to a not particularly well kept house and garden , neighbours cannabis smell was rife. Our suggestions are taking the large table and 6 chairs out of the small living room and extra sofa . A TV in one of the bedrooms . And maybe screening on top of the wall between the neighbour.
