2025 Award Winner Liverpool Cherry House - 4 Bedrooms

A charming house in a small neighborhood. Very close to Anfield and the bus stops. We loved how warm and comfortable it was, we would definitely return.

The property was clean, interior newly furbished and it provided all the general home necessities. Good heating system and decent WiFi.

Incorrectly advertised that there were two bathrooms available. The downstairs bathroom was locked with a 'no entry' sign on the door. Had I known this, I would certainly not have not booked the place. Host requested that I send screenshots of the error, but then went silent after receipt of my email with no acknowledgement, nor apology in this regard. Although the interior of the properly is modern, new and clean, the outside suburb isn't pleasant at all and not close to any decent grocery stores. Be sure to Google Map the area prior to considering the place. The outside area labeled a garden is just concrete, however this may change in the summer. If you plan to stay more than a few days note that there are no cupboards, only a small hanging space in the lower bedroom. If you need to use the bathroom in the night and you're based in the main downstairs bedroom you would need to climb up a very narrow and steep flight of stairs - my 71 year old parents struggled up and down them. Very thin shower towels, so if you prefer the fluffy and large kind then bring your own.

House was freezing and just couldn’t get it up to a decent temperature despite using thermostat on wall. Parking was difficult due to permit holders only. Found sweet wrappers and chips under chair in single room

So I'm always abit put off paying for things upfront online that I don't know anything about but I'm really glad I booked this. There was me, my partner and my friend coming to Liverpool for my partners 45th birthday weekend. We looked at the photos of this home and loved it straight away. Everything Was so clean and spacious. Lovely comfy beds, beautiful showers. Nice kitchen with lots of appliances. Really just so cosy. I'd definitely come here again!
