The bed was really comfy and clean. The air con was quiet and really good. Lovely big TV in front of the bed. The main living area was good.

The bathroom. The bathroom had a significant amount of mould. Mould on the tiles, the walls, the grout, the shower hose. It felt dirty in there and in need of a lot of care and refurbishment. Expected a much cleaner bathroom.

Great view over the docks area. Reasonably well sited to the airport but it’s a slow ride in heavy traffic.

The place is old and tired. The owner of the particular apartment that I rented for a night was very helpful, providing me with the wifi code that I couldn’t find and by replacing empty liquid soap containers in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was CRYING OUT for a complete refit, including tiles, grout, plumbing, fixtures and furniture. A decluttering of the various buckets, pails, etc would also be a good idea.
