USGreat neighborhood. Quiet at night. 24 hour 7/11 across the street. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. It felt safe. Parking is difficult when the businesses on the main street are busy in the early evening. I had to park in a 2 hour space, and then move my car later in the evening.
The listing says One bedroom house under accommodation type, and apartment in the title. It's a 3 story building, with business and residential units. The water pressure is too low in the shower.
USGreat location on the SE side of Portland, near many neighborhoods like Hawthorne, Belmont, Laurelhurst. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Easy to park on neighboring streets overnight. Felt safe. Bus stop on Hawthorne Street could easily bring you back and forth to downtown sites.
FR- I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. The apartment itself is lovely, well-appointed, and comfortable. The neighborhood is charming, with plenty of fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars just a short walk away. Plus, I had no trouble finding free street parking right outside. Highly recommend!

ESVery well located, close to shops, Hawthorne center and Mount Tabor. The kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking at home very easy. The flat is moderna and clean. Loved it.
I did not find a way of opening the windows

Cement floor made it a little cool on the feet. Also could use a microwave oven for quickly heating things up.
USPlace was in a great location very walkable to everything we needed.
Mattress was pretty firm. Would be nice to have tv to watch from bed!!
