Ideal location, short walk to Los Cristianos beach. Local bars and restaurants and opposite a supermarket. The room was clean and the roof terrace had a lovely view

To be clear, this is a residential complex. Not catered for a holidaying family. As such, at the pool there is a sign stating no inflatables, no bottles or glass, no running or ball games, no music. Spending time at the pool felt moody at times where residents clearly dont like holiday makers. Some where sat right next the pool and complained (even shout at kids) if they get splashed (the opposite side of the pool is a large open area well away from the pool). It almost felt awkward if our children made any loud sounds. We think this information should have been made clear at the booking stage because we wouldnt have booked it. According to the owner, he was not obliged to share this info on the booking but we felt it is important to any family wanting a joyful space for their children to enjoy. Perfect for over 50's maybe. The complex itself is heavily locked up. Not very inviting at all

We had a wonderful stay in these apartments. Massimo and Valentina were great hosts helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The location, in a residential complex located on a hill was quiet and peaceful about a 10 minute walk to the seafront and only 3 minutes walk to some great restaurants and a large supermarket. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, smart TV, air conditioning in both rooms and great to have a washing machine also. The complex was well maintained with several large swimming pools...and plenty of parking outside the apartment if you hired a car. We enjoyed the outdoor space with sea views and sunsets.. a large balcony off the living room to enjoy breakfast, coffee or a nice glass of wine and a bonus solarium on the 2nd floor with great views of sea and mountains also. Overall we has a great stay in this Apartment - calm, scenic, secure and comfortable. We would gladly return!

Sehr schönes Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über die Dächer hinweg aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In dem Bett haben wir gut geschlafen. Wünschenswert wäre es, wenn statt einer großen Bettdecke, zwei einzelne Bettdecken zur Verfügung stehen könnten. Sehr gut war auch, dass die Räume klimatisiert waren. Die Kücheneinrichtung haben wir bis auf Kaffee kochen nicht weiter genutzt. Daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Das Haus und die Anlage ist ruhig. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Pools haben wir gerne zum abkühlen genutzt. Es waren auch genügend liegen vorhanden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig vorhanden. Entfernung zum Strand mit dem Auto, 5 bis 10 Minuten. Wir haben am Hafen geparkt und uns am großen Sandstrand für 12,50 € zwei Liegen und einen Schirm für den Tag genommen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in diesem Apartment übernachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Location was spot on. Apartment was lovely.

Shower leaked at base when turned on and was very hot almost scolding. Had to fiddle with controls and try not to move them again as you would get a blast of the hot water. Sunloungers need replacing and umbrella stand broken.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr gutes Bett, feines Bad…und Meerblick. Massimo sehr bemüht vor und nach der Anreise😌

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, apartament cudowny, jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba podczas wakacyjnego wyjazdu. Okolica cicha i spokojna, bardzo blisko sklep i puby. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się basen. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze apartamentu.
