It was clean

The apartment isn't as nice as pictured - it is old and outdated as is the building and amenities. The complex and entire Hollywood Broadwalk and beach is noisy with loud music blaring constantly wherever you go. There's a reason it was so inexpensive...

The location was wonderful. It was close to the beach and safe

The room was dirty. The sheets, blankets and towels appeared unwashed and/or really worn. I couldn't get ahold of staff to request fresh towels our whole stay so be prepared to use the same linens over and over. The sink was clogged, the bathroom and hall windows didnt have curtains or anything to block sight. The pincode deadbolt didn't always lock as expected. My main issue was not being able to contact any staff. I emailed, texted and called. They replied back saying they would call me within an hour but never did. Needless to say, I was disappointed with my stay. If staff would have responded to me for resolution, they would have received a better review. Their communication is awful and needs considerable improvement!

Location

Great location, just a few steps from the beach.The room had a wardrobe area, a small kitchen, and was close to the pool.

The facilities could be improved, and the main gate entrance was broken for several days.
