Fairy Tale 13-acre Sunset Villa at Windy Gap Valley near Yosemite

Location and the property itself are amazing. Property has stunning views and a great amount of space. Around 1 hour 20 to Yosemite valley, 10/15 mins to nearby supermarkets. Hosts super helpful before and during the stay. Would definitely recommend

Good communication with host- washing machine was broken when we got there- they did try to fix it but was unsuccessful. We loved the themed bedrooms- although the bed configuration was different from what was listed. It’s a hour and 40min drive from Yosemite valley

Plenty of space.

The location is great, secluded. Enough parking too. The kitchen is well equipped(though may need a bit of upgrade). The rooms and beds were clean. The hosts got back quickly on the things I pointed when in communication and in prior review. I appreciate that.

The central heating was not functioning when we got there, However the host had kept enough bags of pellets for pellet heaters, the living area was fine but the bedrooms were unevenly heating because of portable heaters. That was certain inconvenient as we were there for 3 nights. The bathrooms also need exhausts as it can get foggy after a shower especially when one is in rush and for the next person going in. The dishwasher needs a bit of minor maintenance too.

The house is in a beautiful position overlooking the valley to the hills due west. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. There is plenty of outside seating with a covered area and BBQ. The hot tub was a great place to relax and stargaze.

Nothing. The house is exceptionally well-equipped and the management team were very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had.

The interior design was beautiful and the landscaping was amazing .

The jacuzzi needed some maintenance and the propane tanks were almost empty.

The view was the best part of our stay but there were allot of wonderful other things ! The backyard was wide open with a great gazebo that sat all of us. My Grandkids loved catching frogs & lizards. We roasted marshmallows & gazed at the stars, it was so peaceful for us ! The house is very charming & very open with a great dinning room that was very big & allowed us to all sit & play cards. The living room was very comfy for all of us ! Would recommend for sure !

The 2 swinging chairs that show placed overlooking the view were broken.
