Die Lage war super, auch die Kommunikationsmöglichkeit mit den Vermietern/Agentur. Schöne Anlage und Pool. Auch die Möglichkeiten außen zu grillen war toll. (Hatten wir aber auch danach ausgewählt also keine Überraschung). Einrichtung ansich sehr sauber, allerdings war die Küche ein Problem.

Spülmaschine komplett verrostet. Ausstattung viel zu wenig bzw. unpassend. Ich hatte vorab extra nach 4 Weingläsern gefragt (aufgrund der vorangegangenen Bewertungen) Es wurde mir versichert, dass genug Geschirr und Gläser da sind. Es waren dann leider nur 2 Stück, es gab z.B. kein Schneidebrett nur 3 Frühstücksschüsseln - zu wenig von allem oder dreckig/kaputt vom Salz. Die Finka ist auf 6 Erwachsene ausgelegt und dafür gab es zu wenig bzw zu kleine Ausfertigungen wenn man für 6 Leute kochen möchte. Es gab nur eine Mini-Kaffeemaschine. Auch war das Geschirr teilweise dreckig und wir haben erst einmal alles gespült. Uns ist bewusst, dass es mit dem Salzwasser schwierig ist, allerdings war der Zustand z.B. des Bestecks eigentlich nicht tragbar für ein Mietobjekt. Die Schränke waren auch nicht unbedingt sehr sauber. Ansich war die Finka sehr sauber, lediglich die Küche war ein Problem. Auch empfanden wir es unschön, dass der lange Einfahrtsweg nicht gemäht war. Der Unterboden des Autos wurde vom langen dicken Gras "verkratzt".

Fantastisk beliggenhed, helt ugenert. Fint hus med ældre inventar, hyggelig og stor grund, lukket have og få naboer.

Faciliteterne er ikke vedligeholdt særlig godt, poolen virker beskidt, der er myrer i køkkenet og aircondition anlæggene drypper. Der er i tidligere bedømmelser på booking kommenteret på alt lige fra opvaskemaskine til slidte stole, der er intet af det der er kommenteret på der er rettet op på. Virkelig ærgerligt det ikke er prioriteret at vedligeholde bedre, for det er så hyggeligt et hus. OBS hvis ikke du kan lide katte, så lad være med at booke dette hus.

The house was comfortable.

The internet was very weak. The satellite did not work. There was a cat in the house, and we had to feed it, although no one told us about it before we booked the house. We found a note in one of the drawers asking us to feed the cat. There was no cat's food onsite. Therefore, we had to buy some food to feed him. Lastly, one door's handle broke down because it was very old, and my mates were trapped inside so that we had to open the door from the outside.

Great location. Outdoor ameneties (pool, bbq, shaded dining area, outdoor sofa, were very good, which is important to us as this is where we spend a lot of our time. Due to its position, the villa stayed relatively cool and shade could be found outside, but sun was always available also. The country scenery was lovely.

The aircon unit in one bedroom could not be used and even though it was reported, was not fixed. There was no key for the door to the sun terrace, just a flimsy bolt. This was reported on day one and not resolved. The dishwasher was very poor, almost everything had to be washed by hand. We understand that the water is very high in calc, but weve visited the area many times before and not had this issue.

The Villa could be a 10 with a few minor tweaks. The house, gardens and pool are fantastic. The facilities such as barbecue washing machine, dishwasher etc are fine and the location is beautiful. The gardens are well maintained, as is the pool.

The beds are the major let down, especially the double which creaks and rocks like an old boat. The singles are fine if a little narrow. There is a lack of Information in the house about air con, how to use the TV etc, but these are minor things.

Clean, private, good pool

Mainly facilities were good but a few essentials missing. there was an iron but no ironing board, washing machine but nowhere to dry your washing. Dangerous driving out of the property, absolutely no view as entrance is on a blind bend. Need a strategically placed mirror to help getting out of the driveway.
