Čisto je, tiho, udobno, na dobroj lokaciji. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila korektna i uvremenjena. Radio je lift.

Ležaj u manjem delu spavaće sobe nije bio u potpunosti adekvatan za spavanje. Prigodnija za spavanje bila je sofa u dnevnoj sobi.
