住宿地點還可以，離地鐵站1號出口近。弘大熱鬧的地方在馬路對面，所以不會吵雜。

房主擅自換房，很不尊重人，詢問為什麼這房址，跟我們訂的房地址不一樣，對方說是幫我們升級，但是我們並沒覺得有升級，還擾亂了我們的行程規劃；因為訂車接送都是原訂的房址去安排的。并且感覺有用A房的照片騙人訂後，提供B房的嫌疑，這樣的行為是詐欺吧！

位置方便距離弘益大學站走路3分鐘、設備齊全、舒適、屋主人很好

左右兩邊有床，要進中間的小道弄插座，右邊的床角比較低且突出很容易撞到，撞到不止一次（不同人都有撞到過）甚至有傷口出現🥲給屋主小小的建議是那個角可以用軟墊覆蓋比較不容易受傷

The property was at the heart of Hongdae. However, property was represented on the ad by the stay included free airport taxi but they said I had to pay for it myself.

The location. It was the heart of the central located between two subway exits.

The host was responsive. And location are very great specially when you go to the train station and bus station a 3min walk.

Maybe consider to give big towels, hand soap and kitchen tissue. Also we recommend to change the color of the linens into white to brighten up the room. Thank you!

расположение отличное. 5 минут от станции метро Hongic University. автобус в аэропорт останавливается прям напротив дома. хороший вайфай

много что не понравилось. выбрали эту квартиру, так как было указано, что ее площадь 100 квм. по факту оказалось квадратов 40. на 6 человек, из которых 3 детей, было довольно тесновато. это одна большая комната с 3 двухместными кроватями. номер 810. когда я попросила инструкцию как добраться - мне выслали фото с названием станции и номером выхода, а куда идти дальше - непонятно. нашла по карте. код к двери обещали выслать в 14-00, так как заезд в 15-00. в итоге мне пришлось писать хозяйке в 14-50. единственное, что я получила подробно - как сортировать и выкидывать мусор. все. кондиционер не справлялся, видимо для этого был оставлен также вентилятор. я просила хозяйку наладить его, чтобы кондиционер не гонял воздух, а остужал его, так как во время нашего пребывания в Сеуле была аномальная жара. но ответа не получила. внутри кондера была плесень. на ночь выключали, так как сильно шумел. дополнительные вентиляторы были предложены за день до нашего отъезда, но ставить их некуда, мы не с рюкзаками приехали. чемоданы разбирали си собирали по очереди. мало места было. на кухне достаточное количество чашек и 4 тарелки. была одна кастрюля, она же сковорода. соли, масла не было. считаю что можно поставить, так как нет смысла покупать, если приезжаешь на 2-4 дня. мы купили масло и оставили следующим гостям. ремонт старый, было пыльно, я аллергик и чувствую это сразу. мы видели другие квартиты на этаже и разница колоссальная не в пользу нашей квартиры. пол в ванной скользкий, вода попадает с душа на всю ванную комнату. сын упал раза 4. мыла тоже не было. на 1-2 дня пойдет, больше я бы не останавливалась.

We booked this property as the rating review for cleanliness was over 8 but the place was not clean. We found hair in the bedding and along the outer sink. The floor, mirror and overall room was not as clean as we've experienced at other rentals. I was trying to get something from under one of the beds and it seemed was not cleaned for a long time. The bathroom sink was backup up and we were only given 3 small towels for a 13 night stay for 2 people so the host told us s/he would come at 2pm the next day. We changed our plans to be there and host was a no show and did not respond to many messages. The host came into the room the next day without permission when we were not there even though we messaged that we could not be there till a few days after. The host also asked us to sort and remove trash on the 11th day of our 13th day stay even though we paid a cleaning fee and this was not part of the policy and contracted the sign on the front door, to not remove trash as there will be a 300,000 won fine. Overall this was our worst experience at a non hotel rental. I messaged booking.com 2 times to let them know of the issues but never heard back. Caused a lot of stress on a vacation that was meant to be relaxing.

Good location close to Hongdae, train station, food and shopping places

Had to ask for door codes on the day - not proactively sent by host. Was told we had been upgraded to top floor apartment even though the apartment was half way down the building and further down than the unit number specified in Booking.com. Unhelpful with questions on general rubbish disposal - did not say put in special bag and where to leave but lots of messages about fines for not disposing of rubbish. Room felt tired and needed maintenance - bathroom sink needed unblocking. Only provided small hand towels - no full size towels. Minimal kitchen utensils and plates/cups. General cleanliness was limited.
