Room cleanliness and service

Electricity was not there in the morning during bath

Rooms were clean and good

Property is bit far from city centre. There is no gate in the house and parking a car is very difficult in that narrow lane.

The stay is conveniently located near Madikeri town, right next to the Mysuru-Mangaluru highway. The place is very calm, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was superb, offering a serene experience. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and the stay was budget-friendly—a great choice for a comfortable getaway.

Poor customer relationship management no human centric behaviour

Neer dosa, chutney and the bread omelette with coffee tea was great. Idli was not as expected. Our Host Mr.Tarnath was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to tourist spots and Also for food delivery. Property has spacious rooms and lot of open space and big balcony

The hot water outlet for bath was kept minimal. Needs half an hour for a bucket to fill.

Clean rooms and were as in photos.

Car park access was terribly narrow, make a mistake and you end up with damages. Room allocation: Had requested for 2 rooms on the 1st floor but was given 1 room for 1st floor and the 2nd in ground floor. Clarify with host whenever you book. Priority will be given to those with long stays.
