The location was amazing! Very close to major sights, the river, and very easy to get in and out of. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Clean , tidy up,staff very friendly excellent job

We were in family suite with 2 bedrooms/1 bath and the bigger bedroom was facing the tejo river view very beautiful view. The rooms were bigger and clean.

Only challenge I faced was getting my car or taxi to the property. anyone riding rental car trying to reach the property was a nightmare, especially that day of my travel the road was closed. Even on day of departure i had to pull my luggage all the way to closest street to my Uber pick up spot. There is a garage right across the hotel, they should mention that, which was a savior until i had car with me, but yet lifting my bags from garage across the street and climbing them few flights of stairs to main level until we can take elevator was a bit challenge.

Localização excelente, quartos com roupa de cama muito confortável e limpas, ar condicionado muito bom para suportar os dias de calor da Europa e banheiros limpos o dia todo.

O banheiro é compartilhado, mas isso não atrapalhou nossa experiência que foi super curta. Eles são extremamente limpos e bem equipados.

easy no problems to get in! it was easy . However if driving to location make sure you get the right directions vs walking

shared bathroom , I guess I didnt read properly! but we ended up sharing :/. which sucked as I ws there with teenage daughter and we wanted to get ready as girls

Lovely friendly staff. Great communication. Able to leave our bags on check out for the day. Would have liked to stay longer!
