Fantastic location, incredibly helpful staff, and a room with a beautiful view! Quick tip for travelers: If you have heavy luggage, use the back entrance. It gives you much easier access to the elevator so you can avoid carrying heavy bags up the steps.

I personally didn't like the shared bathroom situation, but the property is completely transparent about it in the listing, so we knew what to expect.

Staff was wonderful and very spacious.

All twin beds was a little odd and shower was very touchy.

Nous avons pris l’appartement de 2 chambres et nous avons été agréablement surpris lorsque nous avons découvert les lieux : un appartement ample, très bien équipé, propre, très bien placé (loin de l’agitation et proche de tout en même temps). Le personnel est discret, la ménage est irréprochable, l’emplacement est idéal : vous pouvez presque tout faire à pieds, le tram et le bus se situent en bas de l’hôtel, des restaurants également. Un supermarché se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds. Pour les croisiéristes, vous pourrez rejoindre le terminal de croisière à pieds très facilement. Si je dois revenir à Lisbonne je reviendrai ici sans l’ombre d’un doute b
