Needed black out blinds

The property is decent! It’s clean and it’s in a good location.

Well our bathroom flooded on the day we arrived with our kids. We took a shower and the entire bathroom flooded and even escaped through the door and we had to use the towels provided to soak up all the water that leaked into our room. There were also leakage stains on the ceiling that must have come a problem either recent or old from a room above us.

We arrived and the property was disgusting. No cleaner had been in. The two numbers that was available didn’t even ring just went to answer machine. No one came and cleaned the room. Leaving my two elderly parents and two young children no where to go. Struggling g to book somewhere else due to it being half term and bank holiday. They took the money from my account and I have heard nothing. Still trying to get my money back.

Not able to communicate with anyone. No one cleaned it. Absolutely filthy.

Everything could have been better. We tried getting hold of the host numerous times by calling and texting as the electrics kept going off and no response on the day and no response even 2 days later. When we turned up there was eyelashes in the bed and stuff still in the fridge

Very spacious and clean

Could be quite noisy outside and people walking upstairs late at night - our room as we were right by the main door so possibly could of just been that.

It was very clean , simple and very comfy for us and the children . It was so close to the beach , a lovely walk into Bournemouth

Location was good.

The faulty electrics. If you switch on the kettle or plug in your charger, the whole electric system shuts down. So you need to do one thing at a time. The property management wasn't very helpful either, and no one came to check the sysytem during our 2 night stay. The owner of the Turkish restaurant on the corner of the road threatened me for parking jn the bay at the front of property (just like.the the check in details advise) The fact that you can't get clean towels when i had to use the ones provided to dry the bathroom floor because the shower soaks the whole bathroom.and you need to walk through the wet floor to go to the toilet.

Noise from the club behind the wall is unbearable. Even when the parking space was empty the code didn't work and no one really bothered to sort it.
