We travel extensively and usually organize everything ourselves, so we were very selective when choosing a Nile cruise. Many boats online present themselves as “5-star”, but the real difference comes down to service, food, and staff. After careful research, we chose TIA and it proved to be the right decision. The boat has been recently renovated: clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. Cabins are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are pleasant and always tidy. The food was a real highlight: varied, high quality, and well suited to international guests, including many Italians on board. The real added value is the staff: professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. A special mention to America, the restaurant manager, for the excellent service and attention to detail. The bar staff and overall organization were also very good. During the cruise, we booked a private guide, Abanoub, at $450 pp for the entire stay. Absolutely worth it. He followed us throughout the whole cruise, on every excursion, making the experience much more in-depth and well organized. Easy to organize independently. Many staff members speak Italian, which makes everything even smoother. Overall, a high-level Nile cruise with excellent service. Highly recommended.

WiFi can be a challenge in general during a Nile cruise. I needed to connect frequently for work during the day, and the onboard WiFi was not reliable enough for that. However, the boat manager quickly found a solution by providing a small portable device, which allowed me to work without any issues (thank you so much!). As a suggestion, installing Starlink would significantly improve connectivity and solve this problem altogether.

We just finished a 4 night cruise on the Tia from Luxor to Aswan and honestly it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely outstanding and the food was spot on every single day, especially after long days of sightseeing. We walked through quite a few other ships along the way and that is when it really hit us that we made the right choice booking this one. It may not have the flashiest lobby compared to some of the bigger boats, but the room sizes are generous and the service more than makes up for it. Comfort, space, and people who genuinely care go a long way, and Tia nails all three. A very special thank you to Ahmed, also known as Mr America. He was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to help us with everything. Truly one of those people who makes your trip memorable for all the right reasons. If you are looking to book a Nile cruise, do yourself a favour and book with these guys. One hundred percent worth it.

The TIA cruise is an Excellent cruise. Delicious Italian food. Room was extremely clean and modern. Really comfortable stay. Capitan America is amazing and looks after everyone on the cruise.

From the moment we stepped onto the Nile cruise, we were treated like royalty. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the smooth sailing and beautiful views of the Nile. But what truly made this trip extraordinary was the exceptional service from the staff, especially two remarkable individuals who deserve special recognition. Chef cook Hummus is nothing short of a culinary genius. Every single meal was a masterpiece — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and catered to every taste. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine passion for his work were evident in everything he prepared. Dining on this cruise felt like dining in a 5-star floating restaurant. A huge thank you as well to Mr. Ahmed “America,” the restaurant manager, whose leadership and professionalism were outstanding. He ensured that every guest was comfortable, satisfied, and well taken care of at all times. His warm personality, quick response to any request, and constant smile truly elevated the entire dining experience. The entire crew worked with heart and dedication, always ready to help with a smile. This cruise was not just a trip — it was a memory that will stay with us forever. I highly recommend this Nile cruise to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, world-class service, and unforgettable hospitality. We will definitely return again!

Everything was perfect

Overall, a really nice cruise. Friendly staff, really nice rooms and AMAZING food on board (3 times a day + tea time). The upper deck has a nice little pool. We also ate in the open air 2/4 nights and had Nubian performers on the final night. The room was cleaned twice a day exceptionally. Really good value for money. Whilst we share some comments for improvement below, overall our experience was really good and would recommend to others.

Most people book this cruise via travel agents as a package and booking.com guests can feel a little left behind, for example: - no contact by the company before our arrival at all, we had to actively reach out to them once in Luxor to get picked up from the airport - the daily agenda (e.g. meal times) is heavily influenced by what package holiday guests are doing Note that booking here doesn’t include a guide and you have to get one either in advance or on the ship at $400 per person for the 4 days.
