"Exceptional"

Amazingly kind host, who prepared a map for us with all points of interest. She was very kind and patient, even when our flight was delayed. She gave us very good tips and took her time and effort to welcome us. Her English was still work in progress, but she gave it here 500% to communicate with us and inform us about everything! Bravo!~~

I wasn't a huge fan of the additional cost for 25 euro's for check-in after 9PM. As the door had a code, I wonder if a lockbox could make check-in more efficient;y for guests and prevent the extra costs.

Everything was wonderful, small but charming apartment with beautiful design, spacious bathroom, in kitchen all you need to prepare meal. Very close to metro station.

Charm in C was perfectly located close to bars and restaurants in the Bonfim area, with all the required amenities nearby. The apartment was clean and great for a short stay in the beautiful city of Porto.

Excellent position and very nice neighbourhood, close to Campanhã station and metro lines. The apartment is super nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you may need. We loved it!

Charm C was cosy, very clean, good location, great bakery for excellent breakfast nearby. Also huge supermarket very close too. Good amenities with all appliances needed in good supply. Lines was helpful with information.

Instructions for the washing machine/dryer were inadequate so we could not use it to wash our clothes. But all else was good.
