The following is constructive criticism to try and make this rental work better Collecting the keys should and could have been better It appeared that the poor chap was run off his feet meeting people all over the place to give them keys Not good that we had to wait in the sun for over two and a half hours. It would have been much better to have had a different entry system. We should have been given the entry code into the complex. The keys should have been in a key safe. Luckily we were two men playing golf that week. Not a young family renting they would have been very upset. I was also charged 300 euro's for any breakages. To date I have not had that reimbursed.

Juan our host was excellent, good communication and good vibes. He has been waiting for us and was very helpfull.

Proximities with other neighboors

We spent 10 wonderful days in Marbella, and I can confidently say that this accommodation played a big role in making our stay so relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or enjoy a morning coffee, and the living area is very spacious—perfect for spending time with family or friends. The bedrooms are warm and welcoming, with a special charm thanks to the carefully chosen decor that brings a touch of ocean breeze into every corner of the room. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, but with that extra touch of elegance typical of southern Spain. Another highlight was the team managing the accommodation – extremely polite, attentive, and always available. Any question or request we had was met with immediate support, always delivered with a smile and a high level of professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
