"Extremely poor"

Two different lock boxes with no immediate email to confirm passcode. Had to call number on email to get through to someone to get code then stood trying to use both lock boxes as wasn't advised which one to use .

Where do we start the house was filthy. Bed bases were broken , food on floor an dishes on table from previous tenants , chopsticks on carpet , mould in bathroom . We sent in total 40 or more pictures to host to bring this to there attention which they responded with sending cleaning team round to fix while we were there .

"Exceptional"

Large, clean and comfortable apartment. Well furnished with a modern style. Good instructions for getting key and entering was easy. Even though on a main road was quiet inside. No problem parking on the road and always found a space outside the place. Highly recommend.

Nothing as all excellent.

Lovely well kept and spacious property. Fantastic communication from the host. Any queries were dealt with within minutes - very impressive! Lovely little touches in the property such as shower gels etc. on street parking wasn’t an issue as the street wasn’t too busy. Bus stop opposite and only a 5 min drive to the train station. Lots of amenities close by too.
