22A 2 Bedroom Flat close to city centre

The host was fantastic at communicating with us and everything was clear and simple.

Everything was great for our needs.

Good value for money, comfy beds

The location, felt uncomfortable late at night with passers by, awful smell in the toilet. Kitchen items need a good clean. Fresh sponges not used

It was a nice tidy property that was very good value for money. It was spacious, well furnished and the beds were particularly comfortable. I had a great nights sleep.

The road outside could have been cleaner, but that is not the responsibility of the flat owner.

Good value option for us as a family visiting the university. Good location, good communication from hosts.

The flat is a bit sparse and has the appearance of student rented accommodation. The rooms smelled slightly of something (cleaning?) but the closed doors and lack of windows in some rooms made this more apparent. After we opened the windows and aired it a little it was better

We went as a family to stay over at night as we were attending a wedding in Bristol. Lovely two bedroom apartment with a fantastic lounge. There was a separate toilet as well as a bathroom and a good kitchen with complementary team and coffee and a few cakes. The landlord was very good and was very helpful. I particularly liked the dressing table in one of the bedrooms which was very good as I needed somewhere to put my makeup to get ready in the morning. We also had a very good night sleep as the beds were very comfortable.

There was only one thing I really did not like and that was the area. On Friday night when we came back to our apartment we felt very unsafe as the people around that area were staring and two of them were actually following us. The area would be ok for Street wise people not for a family at night. But if you don't intend to go out at night then they shouldn't be a problem at all as we were quite safe inside The other thing that put me off was the mold on the tiles in the bathroom

The smoke alarm was set off by someone in the middle of the night. They arrived at 2.10am and had been smoking. They also left the front door into the street open. This disturbed the guests in 20 A as well.

A whole place for yourself, close to city centre and other places of interest like Clifton. Friendly shop owner who gave us the key. All in all good value for money.

Nothing to be honest. Just stayed one night with me daughter but we easily could have stayed longer.

The flat was lovely and large. Very clean, perfect for our needs! It was a short 20 minute walk into the city centre making it very convenient! As well, it has a full bath and a kitchen.
