Not so clean, especially toilets

Many to list down here … Late check in but early check out … Check in time 3pm & check out is 11 am .. they keep urge us to to check out bfre 11am the reason they were used is “ kindly check out before 11am we need to arrange n clean back the house for next stay / customer “ it’s scam … they not even maintain the house well … odour smells, cat poops and smell everywhere arnd the car porch outdoor … inside the house the floor not clean … shower area worst full of water n soap marks on the glass partition and wall … toilet not so clean … the floors and walls … toilet doors not functioning well .., even I adjust it personally n we swiped n cleaned the whole floor n house after entered in.. upstairs master bedroom ac not functioning well no cooling after turn on it fr many hours .. the sliding doors can’t be open n closed … stuck stick stuck !!! Over very poor maintenance and not clean at all !! We went there as a family with babies n kids .. even the downstairs master bedroom sliding doors not functioning properly… another worst part lizards poops on the beds They need maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the house … and need to repair , replace and maintain most of the item in the house
