Location was acceptable and check-in process was simple.

Unfortunately, the experience was below expectations due to the level of cleanliness, which was clearly below the standards expected for a property listed on Booking. Upon arrival, the floors were dirty, with visible marks and uncleaned areas, including corners and spaces near the furniture. The kitchen cabinet fronts and the oven area had stains and splashes, and the drawers and utensils did not appear to be properly cleaned. Bed linen and towels were stored improperly, and some textiles had hair and an overall unclean appearance, creating a general feeling of poor hygiene. In several areas of the apartment, there were clear signs of insufficient maintenance and only superficial cleaning. Considering the price paid, the standard offered was far below expectations. The apartment requires thorough cleaning and proper inspection before receiving guests. At the moment, I cannot recommend this property.
