Penang Georgetown KT Home for 8 pax

Very clean and modern accommodation. Host was very friendly. View from the apartment was good.

Location. Not much facilities close by.

1. the host message me one day before arrival to brief me about self check in 2. host assist us to register car number plate 3. the amenities in the apartment is sufficient 4. there is a huge sofa bed to chill but can't sleep there as the length is not long enough and toes will be sticking out 5. unit is clean and looks quite new 6. as unit is close to rooftop, its windy and breezy 7. the host is helpful, any questions he will answer straight away and assist if there is any help needed with the unit 8. there are 2 toilets, one inside the master room, 1 common toilet outside the second bedroom, there is a half divider separating the shower and toilet bowl, so toilet bowl gets wet all the time

1. the pool is not clean, can see feathers, leaves and some dirt floating about 2. the unit is facing a huge cemetery, so i need to shut the curtains all the time 3. car plate detection is quite slow everytime i'm entering the car park 4. the second room is quite small, and not enough to walk around 5. need to be careful about the sharp edges of cupboards & door 6. there is a mosque opposite the apartment so need to get ready ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, and there are talks given by the mosque until late at night, so if you are sensitive to noise, you need to be prepared 7. the lift sometimes malfunction, while this is not the fault of the owner, i have to wait close to 5 minutes as only 1 lift is working 8. prior to arriving, owner informed me he just arranged to service the air cond, the living room air cond is quite cooling, but i feel that the small room air cond is not as cold as the living room

Good for a group. Very affordable with good facilities. It was nice and clean. Easy parking.
