Stunning 2BR penthouse with beautiful harbour view BY 360 Estates

Nice harbour view, almost everything we needed for our stay was available, apartment is very spacious.

This is 8th floor apartment and lift was not working, so reaching our flat was not easy especially for my dad who is 60. We contacted agency about this issue and got no feedback. So climbing 8th floor few times a day was terrible, especially when it is almost 30°C.

Views are fantastic, location brilliant, spacious apartment.

The apartment smells like mold!The sofa that is in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It smells like mold.One of the rooms also smells mustyTorn bed linen and washed towels!Broken shower holders!The kettle is dirty, the hood is dirty!A child fell very slippery in the shower!

Enormous space in the apartement. 2 bathrooms. Big terraces .

Lift doesn't work for 2 days. Dishwasher doesn't work, just beeping.

The view is very nice, the spacious balconies and the bbq are perfect for hanging out with friends. It’s not too far from Valletta (walking distance ca 30 min and one can pass through a beautiful park). The neighbourhood is safe and with nice Indian restaurants

There was a bad smell, thankfully the staff intervened asap. Unfortunately some lingering odour remained hopefully they’ll fix it.
