Gran Vía by STL

This was an amazing apartment in Valencia! In a cool neighborhood just a short walk from the old town, and the place is absolutely lovely.

After our stay we got a request for a €25 fee for “damage to the apartment” - we definitely didn’t leave any damage, so we contested the claim and Booking.com didn’t make us pay. No big issue, just something to note!

Reasonable sized apartment and good location and aur condition worked.

Awful inconvenient key collection, 10 minutes away in an ice cream shop. Does not mention that the lift does not go to all floors. So, being disabled this is misleading and very inconvenient. We lost count how many times we hit our head on the edge of the air hood ventilator over the hob. My friend cut his head on it. This is dangerous! No oven. The bedroom doors do not close, so there is no privacy. The water pressure in the shower is poor You would get wetter with a glass of water thrown over yourself. Broken glass in door. Overpriced cleaning fee. No welcome information pack. Need to throw rubbish, without explaining where to dispose.

Poor entrance broken glass in door. The apartment didn't look like photos 😕 bathroom facilities old mat on floor. Inadequate towelling. Had to wait for taxi that was arranged.
