At the reception, receptionist told me my booking was for Non-Air conditioning. I argued with him that i booked a room with an air conditioning and showed him the booking.com confirmation with amenities shown under the booking. He aksed me to pay additional charges to allocate a room else asked us to leave. He was so rude and not at all polite.

Unclean and tap is broken. WiFi is not at all working
