Der Gastgeber Alessandro war sehr hilfreich und immer da, wenn man ihn gebrauchte. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, obwohl wir wegen der Bahn 3 Stunden Verspätung hatten, hat Alessandro auf uns gewartet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell im Zentrum, und die Brötchen am Morgen kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe bei ECU oder CONAD kaufen. Der Sitzplatz ist perfekt um etwas Ruhe und einen Apéro zu geniessen.

Die Dusche funktioniert, sollte jedoch neu gefugt werden, sonst wird es Schäden geben. Die Pflanzen auf dem Sitzplatz sollten besser gepflegt werden, denn auch die brauchen Wasser.

4 nights in the well equipped flat. Comfortable bed, good kitchen and bath amenities and we made good use of the washing machine! Patio just off the bedroom for drying clothes on the line and sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. About a 15 minute walk to the train station and about the same to the central historical district. Host very responsive to inquiries. Quiet location.

L'appartement est situé à moins de 15 minutes de la gare et du centre ville. L'immeuble est bien et propre ; le quartier est sympa. L'appartement est sympathique, propre et moderne. il comprend une petite cuisine et un lit confortable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et la terrasse (partagée) est agréable). Le lien avec Alessandro était très agréable et facile. La récupération des clés très facile aussi !

La seule chose qui était embêtante est que l'immeuble est assez mal insonorisé et qu'on peut entendre beaucoup les voisins s'ils ont décidé de faire du bruit (par contre pas du tout de bruit de la rue).

A good sized well equipped apartment in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the old town and not far from the station. Despite being close to several cafes and bars it was very quiet in the evenings. A bonus was to be able to sit outside on the outside terrace. Our host was very welcoming and came around promptly to sort out a small minor problem we had just after arriving.

Great location ten minutes to a lively area and ten to the station, good outdoor space , nice tidy and modern apartment, great communication and great reccomendations

très pratique terrasse sympa malgré le vis à vis literie top propre à 10 mn du centre et de la gare le propriétaire très à l écoute

manque juste deux verre à vin
