"Recommended but ask for toilet paper"

The location was quite and close to center. Terras was quite good.

There was only half of toilet paper and no more toilet paper or other papers. The panjors were noisy, it could bother neighbours.

Easy self check-in, clean and big room, huge balcony, central bus station is ~5mins walking away

Everything was perfect, city center is 10-15mins walking from the apartment but it wasn’t a problem for us

Comfy, clean, great location and it basically has everything you need. Close to the train station and the city center and there are good restaurants nearby too:) Alessandro, the host was nice and helpful!

The host was very friendly and accommodating of my poor, last-minute communication about my arrival time. The room was a nice size and had a very good air conditioner (I'm perpetually hot). Definitely a good place for solo travelers or couples!

"Pleasant stay."

Good location. Easy walking from the train station as well as the historic city centre of Bologna. The property is secure and quiet building with A/C, heater, kitchen oven, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, clothes iron, hair dryer, TV and outdoor patio.

A rack for hand towel or bath towel in the bathroom and a shower caddy in the shower area would make the place perfect.
