Location

The house next door is undergoing renovations and there was work starting at 7am so it was impossible to rest, and the owner did not tell us this in advance.

Fast communication. The checkin was done before arrival so we already had all information when we came. Location is amazing 10 minutes to beach and also very close to city center.

"Superb"

Very nice appartment in old part of the city with fresh refubrishments (in some places not finished yet, eg. no all lamps and socket covers - but not critical). Golden star to the host who helped with everything needed and provided few additional things for our stay (additional bed sheets for sofa and few basic kitchen appliances). Great location - very close to everything: embankment, city center, Pane e pomodoro beach, train station, multiple shops and cafes in a walk distance.

It was quite noisy during the day and in late evenings in the appartment (both outside driving street noise as well as neigbour's water pump), therefore may be not comfortable for people who is used to go to sleep earlier than midnight
