Urban Cottage [Free Parking - Private Garden]

Perfect place close to the city centre with private parking, terrace and very comfortable bed

It is obvious that the hosts are professionals in letting the property. Everything is thought of, explained, visualized, thought out well. The location is top, you are not in the very center, where stopping and moving by car is terrible, but you are 10 min. average of the most visited places. There is also a place to park your car, which is a big plus. Inside the apartment there is everything you need for a peaceful stay, there is also a garden outside. I recommend with both hands.

The door through which the car has to pass is very, very small - it is not suitable for large cars. It is a little burdensome to close all the shutters on the windows every time you leave and then open them every time you enter - this was a request from the hosts, but it is laborious because the shutters are of the old type and requires a lot of time.

Though it's in a big city like Bologna, the quietness is unique and the apartment has the right size and almost all amenities one needs. The straight walk to the city center is a great plus as one simply has to go straight down following the main street and finds himself/herself in the middle of Piazza Maggiore. Everything was spotless clean and well organized. The private parking within the gated area of the apartment is a very very pleasant and welcome service. Will definitely come again, well done.

Nikola is a wonderful host. upon entering the apartment we had a problem with the key, but he solved it immediately. the apartment is about 20 minutes away from the center. 5-6 minutes away is a large Lidl. the neighborhood is very quiet, but during this period a tram is built and the streets are very dirty and you can hear noise. Interner was perfect even though we didn't have hot water and heating on the last day, the apartment is my recommendation. clean, medium, good location, with a wonderful host and beautiful garden

Comfortable property, well equipped. In a quiet location.

Whilst we understood the location it eventually proved to be a bit too far from the City Centre and train station. The property has 2 excellent televisions but unfortunately they do not carry any English News channels such as CNN, BBC or Sky. All channels are Italian which does not help international visitors. That said televions do have all necessary apps for those who use such things as Netflix etc.

Lovely new apartment in Bologna with nice & modern interieur design. Excellent host who was always very supportive. Eben though we only stayed one night we really enjoyed it! Thanks a lot for the nice stay.

It was great to have a private parking which is very helpful in Bologna. The driveway is a bit narrow which is a bit tricky with larger cars. But we even managed to park our SUV in the private parking.
