Kiralamayı yapıp ödemeyi yaptıktan sonra; Booking de daire teminatıyla ilgili bir açıklama olmamasına rağmen kiralamayı yapıp parayı ödedikten sonra benden 250 Pound depozito bedeli istendi sabah da orada olacağımdan gece gelen mesajı Türkiye saatiyle gece dörde kadar daire sahibiyle münakaşa ederek çözdüm kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum ve ayrıca dairede duranların isimlerini TClerini ve telefon numaralarını istemek gibi saçma sapan bir şey talep ettiler İngilizcem de çok fazla olmadığı için beni çok fazla Yordular kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Kiralama yapılıp para ödendikten sonra dipozite istenmesi güveni kötüye kullanılması ve hileli satıştır.

The home is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the owners are very quick with responding. I will defo be back at this property if I’m ever travelling to Manchester.

We booked last minute after being let down by another apartment. Quick response to all questions we asked. House was as described and extremely clean. Had a problem with the boiler when we arrived. We called the host who sorted the problem within 15 mins. Excellent hosts

Everything was as described nothing we didnt like

The accommodation was clean and welcoming. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay and more. I would definitely recommend it for a family or a group of friends. It was slightly further out from the places we wanted to go but it was still worth it.

We didn't like that it was extremely hot in the house. We tried to turn the heating down but we were unable to. As it was quite late at night we didn't want to disturb the property owner by contacting them. Therefore we didn't have the best sleep due to the temperature being quite high. Had we managed to fix the temperature and get a good night's sleep it would have definitely been a 9/10!

We had a fantastic stay at ETIHCITY with my wife and children. The house was absolutely spotless — everything was immaculately clean and well presented from the moment we arrived. It’s clear the property is well maintained, with modern touches and a fresh, welcoming feel throughout. The whole place had a real “home away from home” atmosphere, which made us feel relaxed straight away. The space was perfect for a family. The living room was comfortable and had a big TV with Sky and Netflix — great for unwinding together in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept really well. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine and complimentary tea and coffee that made our mornings easier. The location is excellent — especially if you’re planning to visit the Etihad Stadium or the new Co-op Live Arena. Both were just minutes away and really easy to reach. It was also convenient for all the main city centre attractions, with quick transport links by car or bus. Having McDonald’s right next door was unexpectedly handy with kids, and the free parking right outside the house made everything stress-free. Overall, the property offered great value for money. It gave us more space, comfort, and convenience than any hotel could offer for a family trip. Peaceful, clean, and well-equipped — we’d definitely stay again on our next visit to Manchester. yeah
