ININI had a very pleasant stay at The Pikus. The hotel is located very close to the sea beach, making it highly convenient for visitors. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained, with a strong emphasis on hygiene. The room service is prompt, and the staff are courteous, helpful, and well-behaved. The hotel also has a good restaurant serving tasty and quality food. One of the major advantages of the hotel is its excellent location. A daily market is situated just outside the hotel, and the beach is within easy walking distance. Children particularly enjoy the swimming pool, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, it is a comfortable, family-friendly hotel with good amenities, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting New Digha.
Special attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the beds, pillow covers, and blanket covers. While the overall hygiene standards of the hotel were satisfactory, the cleanliness of these items was below expectations and could be improved further to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
