Super comfy bed , immaculately clean toilet and bathroom. Sunithy and Chris were cordial and quite helpful during our short weekend stay.

"A perfect place to stay."

I received a very warm welcome from the lovely couple who own this property. The lady immediately offered me tea or coffee, and she provided a hospitality tray with fruit and home made biscuits. The room was warm and comfortable and everywhere was spotless. I had to leave early in the morning, and my hosts were already up and gave me a cup of coffee and some more of their home made biscuits. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people. The location is perfect for me as it's easy to get to, and I have very close friends who live nearby, so this will be an ideal place to stay in the future whenever I want to spend time with my friends. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a lovely place to stay in a quiet location.

"Passable"

Area was quiet.

No tea or coffee facilities, no tv and no key to come and go. The Bedrooms have no locks and therefore not really suitable for accommodation. To be honest, it felt like staying at a distant relatives house where you take your shoes off at the entrance and have to be home before it got dark.

At the time of writing, the property postcode had not been added to Googlemaps, so be careful to follow the owner's travel instructions, which were clear and easy to follow. Owner was very friendly and a very interesting person to chat with.

A glass in the room for a drink would be useful. Perhaps the What3Words location might also be helpful until the development has been finished and the postcode updated.

"Nice but would stay again"

Very clean and the hosts very friendly and welcoming. I asked about boiling water for a cuppa tea and the host bought up a tray of tea and slice of cake.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room. Tea/coffee making.
