Хорошее расположение, пешком до центра минут 15. Парковку найти можно. Белье и полотенца чистые, кровати удобные, на кухне есть все необходимое. Магазины, кафе в пешей доступности.

Просто имейте ввиду что это 4й этаж без лифта.
