Sundance' Acres Peaceful and Private New House with Hot Tub and Fire Pit

I think the house was quiet and comfortable. The family loved it. They were extremely responsive. The fresh 🌺 yes!. We loved 😍 it. Just as the pictures showed us.

The only bad thing was the smell from the guests before. However we were well prepared!

The home was very clean and cozy. Nestled away, I in a very quiet spot.

The property is beautiful,quiet, clean and relaxing and the jacuzzi is a plus ….fully equipped kitchen, we were ready to go to the pharmacy to get some q-tips( forgot to bring some ) but surprisingly they provided q-tips and even floss sticks …….very detailed …the owner responded to my message very quickly , very easy instructions to get inside the property ……this is a 5 Star Owner and a 5 Star property

Very easy check in. Door code sent via message on the app. House was spacious with lots of towels and wash rags. Even have access to the garage with multiple garage door openers. Had numerous pillows for each bed as well. The nice touches is what sets this place apart. There was sunscreen provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothpaste. There were complimentary bottles of water as well.

Really the only "problem" and it's knit picking, was the beds are a little on the hard side. VERY minor concern considering how wonderful everything else was.

The location was serene. The property is gated, and we were provided with garage remotes. There were fresh cut flowers on the dining table when we arrived which was a nice touch. The house was clean, and the yard had been attended to. The air conditioning was on when we arrived, and the temperature was comfortable. We didn't use the hot tub, hammock, nor the outside bar area but those were nice amenities. Pet friendly was a must, and the house didn't have any lingering odors from prior visitors.

I don't like dirt roads, but it was a short trek off the pavement so not a big deal. The king bed was uncomfortable (too firm), and the linens were microfiber, soft but not good quality. It would be helpful to have some instructions for what to do with the trash (there's a dumpster outside the gate, but we didn't know that was for our use until we were leaving, and I asked). Also, instructions for the tv's would be helpful such as which remote does what. And just a basic list of info such as dishes are in the dining room cabinet not in the kitchen cabinets, bikes in garage can be used, etc. These are more helpful suggestions for the owners as opposed to complaints about our stay.

We love everything! Close to family and only 6 mins from a grocery store. We come to Spring Hill every year to visit family. Definitely saving this for future renting! Have everything you need. They definitely thought of everything! Hot tub was nice to relax in!

Love the house. From the secluded feel and nice size yard. To the comfortable beds. The kids loved the games and books. We had a wonderful time with family and friends. We will definitely be booking it next year.

There was nothing that I could say bad about this house. Only thing that would have helped in the kitchen was a cook pot. But I wasn't disappointed.

Private home away from home. Plenty of space, attentive owners, just an all around great stay! Close to lots of attractions in the area.
