"Three days bussines trip to Frascati"

"A hidden gem in a great location"

A hidden gem in Frascati. Warm welcome, clear instructions, great location both for Frascati and train station for Rome. I’m a holiday home owner myself (different website) and extremely fussy! This place did not disappoint. It was spotlessly clean, had a coffee machine, cereals, every confection you might need for an Italian breakfast (and fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle. We were going to a wedding and it had a much needed fabulous iron!) Great Wi-Fi ! Great value! What’s not to like????

We saw what others had written about it being a little claustrophobic as there are sloping ceilings- Yes it’s in the roof and I AM claustrophobic and had worried a little having read that but it was absolutely fine.

Clean, great amenities, extremely close to the train station, great host. Supermarket right near the building.

A little cramped - probably not suitable for tall or claustrophobic people.

"Great apartment in a great location with good facilities."

Great location. Train station, bars and restaurants all within five to ten minutes walk away. Supermarket and mini mart both within 100 metres. The property had two air-con units which worked very well in 36 degree heat! Francesca was super helpful and even assisted with the organising of a taxi from Ciampino on a train strike day. Thank you!

As this is a roof apartment, there are sloping ceilings/roof, so very tall people might find that problematic.

"Good"

It was advertised as 2 bedrooms but one of them was very very small with just a bed and a low slanting ceiling and no window . The other rooms also had slanting roofs and always had to be careful not to bag your head. Also had to phone for sufficient breakfast products and the lift did not go up to our floor.
