Tractor Shed, seaside cosy cottage for 4

Very modern , clean, bright and with beautiful views from upstairs. Building work was ongoing on other parts of the site but not intrusive. Dog friendly and easy access in walking distance to nearby beaches.

No welcome pack of basics like tea/coffee/sugar/milk. We’ve received this in every other self catering cottage stay we’ve had in the UK. No effort made to simplify appliance instructions which were technically advanced and complicated in some respects. Made arrival feel cold and impersonal. Check in process was long winded and unclear.

The location was nice, with a beach near by. Parking was good.

The property photos makes it appear larger then it is. There were stains on the bannister and the painting in the hall could really do with touching up. It just seemed abit scruffy. The sofa is uncomfortable and small it seats 3 but not comfortably and the small chair is only really big enough for a child. We were given 1 toilet roll for 2 nights we had to locate a shop to buy more toilet roll, there was no tea, coffee or sugar which we found odd as every other accommodation we have stayed in we have always had at least a tea bag. The oven in the kitchen is state of the art but we really couldn't work it my husband who is tech savvy even struggled we brought food to cook but binned alot as we gave up with the oven after an hour. There were instructions but we could not get are head around it. The beds were comfortable enough but again rooms were smaller then I thought. There are other properties attached which I felt were all on top of each other. Some looked to have gardens and others didnt. So maybe check which property you are booking. We came home a night early as there's not many food places about and we didnt have it in us to try and work the over again. We paid £450 which i thought was very expensive.

Clean bright

No comfy sitting zone (sofa in a weird place), no hand soup, or oil or salt, completely bare.

Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was exceptional with top notch appliances. The Amos construction crew on site were very friendly. No noise from construction work. Surrounding area is stunning with easy beach access. A lovely nearby trail takes you through woodlands to castle ruins.

Guests next to us on the first two nights were noisy. Tried to ignore, but at 3:30 AM they were still making noise outside our bedroom window and had to tell them to be quiet. Not the fault of the property, but the agreement clearly stated that it was to be quiet past 10:00 PM and no parties. Rules were not enforced, so it was up to us to tell the neighbouring guests to keep it down. Check-in process was excessive and needs to be streamlined.

Fantastic place clean and tidy , beautiful kitchen,very comfy great value for money .

Not easy to get taxis into Beaumaris also the sat nav doesn't take you to the property,we ended up on a mobile home site further up , luckily someone gave us directions,our neighbours there said the same thing they ended up back in beaumaris asking for directions.

The location is incredible, a secluded little corner of Anglesey with views across the Menai Strait. The buildings look beautiful and fit in with the local area

Nothing to dislike, a little construction work was happening on site but only within normal hours and seems to be adding more to the property which is a good thing.
